Can I bring a guest?

Due to the limited space, please no significant others, friends, pets, or kids (more info below). 

 

Do you do kids manicures?
Our age limit is 12 and up. We use sharp tools, delicate machinery, and chemicals that must be handled with care. To ensure your quality of service, and the health and safety of ourselves and your young ones, we ask that you please leave the kids at home.

 

Do you do acrylic or dip powder? 

We do not offer these services due to common acrylic allergies that we, and many clients experience.

 

What's your cancellation policy?
Since we are by appointment only, it is very important that you keep your appointment or provide at least 24-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the base price for the appointment. If you no-show, you will be charged for the base price of the appointment. These policies are in place to protect our time and be able to provide the best service to all of our clients. 

 

What if I'm running late?
Please let us know if you are running late! More than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling.  If you are late and don't let us know it may result in cancellation of your appointment or late-cancel charge.

 

Can I park on the street? 

Please park in the lot next to the building, street parking is regulated by Ferndale police.
