These policies are in place as required by state and local guidelines to keep us and you safe and healthy. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

  

  • If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone who was sick within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment. Our 24-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms, we will refuse to see you and it will be treated as a late cancellation and you will be charged for the base price of the service.

  • Everyone MUST wear a mask or face covering shield NO EXEMPTIONS. You may purchase one when you arrive or wear your own but it must stay on for the duration of your appointment

  • We will take your temperature upon arrival- any temperature of 100.4 or above will be asked to reschedule. We will also ask you a short health survey before starting, based on CDC guidelines.

  • Please limit items you bring to the salon right now, no extra bags, coats, etc. This also includes guests and children, as per our normal salon policy. 

  • Wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds upon entry to the salon.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer our full drink menu at this time. We encourage you to bring your own beverages if you feel you need them.

  • If you would like to purchase retail items you will need to leave the nail side and enter the retail side, we cannot allow you to pass through.

  • We will continue our high sanitary practices such as wearing face coverings and fresh gloves for every appointment, discarding single-use items after each appointment, disinfecting all tools with hospital-grade disinfectant during and after every appointment, disinfecting each station between appointments, as well as disinfecting common areas between each appointment.

 

Failure to cooperate with any of these policies will result in a cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged for the base price of the service.
